If you arrive by car: follow the direction Brunate, then pass Garzola Church ( on the left) , after 2 big turns you'll find the Traffic signs "GARZOLA SUPERIORE", we are just before that sign on the right side of the road.If you come by bus: the bus from Como Center is Number 5, you should ask to the driver to stop at the traffic sign "Garzola Superiore", the house is just before that sign on the right side of the street.
