How to get there
Probus is 10 minutes from the main A30, take the Ladock exit from the dual carriageway. Follow signs to Ladock, and then Probus.
From Truro or St Austell, the cottage is just 1 mile off the main A390 Truro to St Austell Road; follow signs to Probus.
By Bus or Coach
The village is well served approx every 30 minutes by bus services between Truro and St Austell (buses 520, 502, 27, 27B) www.firstgroup.com; www.westerngreyhound.com. This includes a reliable late night service to Truro if you wish to see a performance at Hall for Cornwall and leave the car behind.
There is also a daily National Express coach service (coach route 504,315,500), www.nationalexpress.com/coach providing links to further destinations, including Exeter, and south coast e.g. Eastbourne; and you can get a direct coach from London Victoria to Probus village square!
The nearest railway station is Truro, about 7 miles (approx 15 minutes drive), located at: Station Road, Truro, TR1 3HH (a regular bus service runs between the Station and Probus village see above).
Truro station serves the main line: Penzance to London Paddington.
