Although a car is usual for country visitor's, we do have a Bus and Train service. The Bus runs early morning and early evening, just at the bottom of the lane to the Lodges and the Trains run on the hour from Abergavenny to Hereford,. Newport and Cardiff. The two Pubs near are The Cripple Creek Inn and The Clytha Arms, a twenty minute walk and five minutes by car. There is a Parking and picnic area at Sugar Loaf Mountain and a walk to the top of the mountain.
