How to get there
From the North
A69 from Newcastle or Carlisle. A6079 then B6320 from Hexham. Follow signs to Bellingham.
Brown Rigg is half a mile south of Bellingham. After going down a long straight, "The Mile Bank" , look out for the Forestry Commission Offices on the left of the road, then take the next left turn off the main road.
From the South
A68 from Scottish Borders.
B6320 to Bellingham.
Drive through Bellingham following signs to Hexham. Cross over the North Tyne after 400yds look for Brown Rigg Lodges sign on the right-hand side of the road.

The 680 Bus service from Hexham to Bellingham. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away from Brown Rigg.
