How to get there
Scarborough can be reached by road nationally from the A1 or M1 which both run close to Leeds in West Yorkshire. The A64 from Leeds then runs past York and directly to Scarborough.
The Nearest Airports are Leeds/Bradford Airport 1.5hrs and Newcastle Airport also 1.5hrs drive.
Scarborough has its own railway station, with most journeys arriving via York or Middlesbrough.
The nearest ferry port to the Borough is at Hull (around 50 miles / 80km / 75 minutes by road) to the south of Scarborough.
