How to get there
A praia de Algodões é a primeira praia localizada na peninsula de Maraú. Seu acesso é apenas via BR 030 (estrada de terra), ou seja, para chegar até lá precisa ser com algum veículo automotor. Atualmente graças aos trabalhos de terraplanagens e suas manutenções, não é mais necessário o uso de veículos 4x4 para circular pela estrada, pois ela é perfeitamente encarável por qualquer tipo de veículo.
Getting around
Algodões is a small village, standing on the sand, which preserves the hidden destination air, thus offering tranquility to its visitors. During the day visitors can contemplate the beauties of its blue-green beach, which at certain times of the day (which vary according to the moon) form natural pools around the corals. It also has restaurants, bars, pizzeria, establishments for all tastes.
