Encantada Vieques is a 10 minute drive from Vieques Airport.

Getting around
While a car is not required if you are staying at Encantada Vieques since we have direct beach access, we still suggest renting a local jeep or island car in order to see everything that Vieques has to offer. Many of the famous Wildlife Reserve beaches are a 10-15 minute drive from our property. There are also beautiful sugar mill ruins and old military bunkers that make for cool adventurous trips only possible by car (or some combination of car / bike / hike). While we don't recommend them as better options than a car, there are also golf carts, bikes, scooters and other forms of smaller transportation available for rent on the island.
