This spacious apartment with garden and BBQ is located in the very center in the city of Split.
It is positioned only 5 minutes walking distance from the very heart of the city – the Diocletian palace, Riva and all other must see locations.
Apartment have 100 m2,in the apartment is 3 rooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds,living room with double sofa bed,kitchen,bathroom and balcony.

Location is area Manus , very close to the center of Split , hidden in the very pleasent part of Split , surounded with trees and very quiet neigborhood.

The apartment comes with:

Q - Is the area safe?
A - Very safe and quiet.
Q - What Time is Check in?
A - 2 pm
Q - Can I check in early?
A - Unfortunately not. Often there is a guest the night before and we can't kick them out early. We then have to get the place nice and clean for you which takes at least an hour.
Q - Can I drop my bags there early?
A – Yes , but we have to before arange hour for drop off
Q- Can I check in Late.
A- Yes we accept check in up till midnight but please inform us of the time you are coming.

A – 10 pm

A – If nobody is coming on the day of your check in

A- Yes

A - Yes you enter the front door into a hall, it is on the ground level.
Q- Are you situated near the city
A- Yes . We are situated in ZONE 1 which is the centre of the city. Palace and cebter of city is distanced 3 min easy walking

You get the whole apartment to yourself, which means no sharing with anyone you don't know!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tomislav (the owner) a message.

If Tomislav (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
