The spacious studio apartment is in a quiet off-street contemporary building. The modern apartment was recently renovated throughout. Superbly located one block from Manly Beach and one block to Manly Harbour. Handy for everything, just 1 minute walk to beautiful Manly beach, Manly Ferry Wharf, supermarket, banks, internet cafes, restaurants, cinema, and the heart of Manly (The Corso).This superb security apartment is stylishly furnished with leather sofa, flat screen LED TV and dining setting for four. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of pillows. A double sized built in wardrobe offers plenty of storage. Non smoking and no pets allowed.The stylish fully equipped kitchen features a marble benchtop, full sized fridge freezer; full oven with grill and 4 ring cooktop; integrated "dishdrawer" dishwasher; and plenty of cookware. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar are also complimentary with basic kitchen supplies. The apartment was thoroughly redecorated, painted throughout and recarpeted inJuly 2018. Relax on the private balcony on the comfortable outdoor setting perfect for alfresco dining. The bathroom has a modern vanity unit, w/c and very large walk in shower. Bathroom amenities are also provided with hair dryer. The internal laundry offers washing machine, electric tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and board. Security parking for 1 car with remote access security key is available for an additional fee. 4G Telstra WIFI with 2GB of data included free of charge per day. A single roll away bed will be provided for a third person at an additional charge.

We have stayed in this apartment before and just returned to the UK after another weeks stay. This apartment offers good value accommodation in a perfect location in Manly. It is literally just a minute from the ferry terminal and the beach. It is quiet, well equipped and spacious compared to other apartments we have stayed in before in the area. Sorrell, the owner has been a pleasure to deal with and was very flexible in allowing us to leave our bags early and check out later to accommodate our flight timings which was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend.

“Comfortable and convenient”
The apartment is in a very good location, close to the beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and convenient for the ferry which takes just 30 minutes to Circular Quay and is therefore very convenient for the Rocks district, the Opera House, and the City itself. You can buy a weekly travel pass which is good value and also includes train and bus travel. . The apartment is a good size and is well equipped, the large shower was a great feature. The balcony is a good feature, and nice to have, though it faces other apartments and is not particularly private. There are quite a few steps to negotiate (no lift) and this could be a problem for elderly or infirm people. We would certainly stay again, this is a very nice apartment in a fantastic location and at a very reasonable price.

“A great holiday”
This small apartment for two was just what we needed - comfortable and quiet, close to the Manly Ferry for trips to town and a short stroll to the ocean beach. Supermarket very close and lots of good eateries and also a cinema. Best place for a holiday
“Ideal Location for Manly”
The apartment is in a perfect location in Manly, short walk to the beaches, the ferry and the town. It's comfortable, well equipped and spacious for a holiday home for 2 people however would be rather cramped with 3 adults. Although the building is modern with good security, the entrance hall to the apartment was to say the least shabby and dirty so not a good first impression. There are also a couple of flights of stairs to negotiate both external and internal with no lift so this could be a problem for some, as there is no mention of this in the description. Don't expect the al fresco dining area to be anything special, the terrace is tiny with no outlook (it looks right into the closely facing apartment opposite) so we kept the sun blinds closed for privacy. On the positive side, it's very competitively priced for the Manly area with a great location for exploring Sydney.
“Compact yet spacious.”
Clean and well-situated. Everyday we went on the Manly ferry into Circular Quay. The weekly travel pass was good value as we went out to the Blue Mountains one day. Sun : Manly beach. Mon : Botanical gardens. Tues : Blue Mnts. Wed : Concert in Opera House. Th : Darling Harbour. Fri : Train to Bankstown to watch cricket. Sat : Climbed Harbour Bridge...wow and dinner at Garfish. Sun : to airport after great week.
“Very nice apartment”
We found the apartment to be clean and tidy, The comfortable large bed and a very good shower were very welcome after a long day sightseeing, plus the laundry facilities were an added bonus. The apartment is centrally located for everything you could possibly want, beach, shops, restaurants, cafe's, supermarket etc. A short stroll away there are some local attractions and also the Manly Ferry to take you to Sydney, a must see, 30 mins on the slow Ferry or 15 mins on the Fast Ferry. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

“Great location, very clean and every mod con i needed”
I stayed for 7 days as I ventured into a working holiday visa in Australia. My week was great, There is a Coles supermarket on the next road (50m) and the beach is 200m if that. The apartment was very clean and had a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. The shower was powerful, which was great and the balcony was nice to sit out in the afternoon. 200m from the Manly Ferry gives a great opportunity to get to Sydney harbor in under half an hour. I would stay here again.
