“Perfect home from home.”

Reviewed 24 Sep 2012

Stayed for two weeks, had a really good time. The apartment is neatly set out,and plenty roomy. The balconies for the sun are excellent. The large top balcony is equipped with a large barbeque, and top quality tables and chairs for al fresco dining.Overall ,we had a great time and can recommend to anyone.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback!

“Excellent roof terrace perfect for relaxing and admiring the views”

Reviewed 14 Sep 2012

Really loved stayed here, accommodation was compact but had everything we needed. Roof terrace was amazing - views incredible and BBQ excellent! We loved the pool, beach was in easy walking distance even with 3 small children and the beach restaurants serve amazing food! Only negative was distance to nearest shops - would definitely need a car.

Many thanks for your comments and we hope to see you again?

“Place to relax - the ideal holiday”

Reviewed 26 Jan 2012

The apartment was modern well appointed, clean and served our needs perfectly. Entertainment available if you want, but also quiet area's where you could just sit and relax. The roof terrace the ideal place to spend an evening with friends watching the sun go down, whilst the food sizzles on the BBQ, then once the sun has gone the perfect place to stargaze. The pool area had ample sunshade and was quiet enough to relax, but still a nice place for the family and friends to enjoy the sun. The beach a walk away, but well worth it, overcrowded it is definitely not, and I would thoroughly recommend a visit to the Floria beach bar for food and drinks not just during the day, it has a great atmosphere especially at night. Duquesa port is very picturesque with plenty of bars and entertainment and every type of restaurant you could wish and an added attraction is a quaint nightly market, which my wife and daughter enjoyed waking round. If you’re a sporting type like me there are a couple of bars that show the football and plenty of very good local golf courses, During our stay we visited Gibraltar a place you must visit at least once. Drove to Porto Banus then caught the boat to Marbella for the day. Visited Estapona market and the new port of Sotogrande all local and all great places to visit. Lastly the local supermarkets have a great variety of local foods and fresh fish and should you want an English Sunday lunch (my daughter did) or Fish & Chips to eat in or take out Marlows is the place. We thoroughly recommend so much we have booked again for this year.

Many thanks please pass on your comments to your friends and famliy you are welcome back anytime!

“Fantastic chilled weekend!”

Reviewed 25 Jan 2012

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 teenage children. The apartment was perfect. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could need for a break in the sun. The terrace on the roof was fantastic, peaceful, hot and a great place to just chill and enjoy. The barbecue was fab and we took full advantage of it! The harbourside where the bars and restaurants are is just a short drive away, we drove in each morning for breakfast for breakfast on the harbour. Most evenings we just enjoyed sitting on the balcony of the apartment, drinking wine and looking at the views. All in all a great weekend and I would fully recommend it!

Many thanks for your kind feedback hope to see back in 2012?

“Poor Hygiene standards and shoddy management!!”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2012

The standard of hygiene is seriously lacking i.e pubic hairs and rubbish on the bathroom floor, the toilet brush wasdisgusting just one big brown stain !!! (Photos available.)The furniture was covered in a layer of dust and there was half used packets of food and personal wipes left from previous guests. The water heater was leaking which we were promised would be mended however it was left for the whole of our stay until the electric wiring from the kettle etc ended up just lying in a pool of water . Not a good advert for Health and Safety The electric is metered which didnt appear clear on the website and the hot water ran cold after one bath. The owner Andy appears a really helpful guy however the 'team' looking after the apartment are seriously letting him down!!

This was a one off as we had a stand in cleaner! This was rectited on arrival following a text from the client. This will never happen again!

“Great Accommodation and Outdoor Space”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2011

This place has it all, a well equipped 2 bedroom apartment with a generous terrace AND a massive roof terrace. Perfect for BBQs and with all day sun! The beach is just a short walk away and Sabinillas town is just 5 mins in the car. Ronda is a great place to visit(especially if you're training to be a mountain rally driver) with Gibraltar and Tarifa being easy 'main road' options. We hope to go back for another stay!

Many thanks for you kind comments hope you return to enjoy our place in the sun again soon?

“Holiday Bliss”

Reviewed 24 Aug 2011

There are always concerns when you book a property via the web, especially when its your first attempt. Is the description accurate, does the photos / video give a true image of the property and is the owner genuine. Well in this instance all the boxes were ticked. The appartment was perfect for our needs, well appointed, clean , lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( god send with 2 teenage girls) and the icing on the cake the large balcony and excellent roof terrece with bbq, both being well furnished. The shared pool area gives a good alternative to the local beach and the lovely views compliment the relaxed peace and quiet that this property offers, Finally many thanks to the owner Andy who was extremely helpful. There is no doubt that we would return in the future.

Thanks for the comments hope you will visit this unspolit part of Spain again?
