The distribution of the apartment is as follows: large living room with stunning view to the coast of Manilva, Casares and Estepona, with dining table for 6 people and TV; a fully equipped large kitchen; master bedroom with views of the sea from the double bed (access door to the terrace, with integrated bathroom and wardrobe); another bedroom (with double bed and wardrobe); a quarter of a bathroom and terrace. The beaches are 2 minutes from the apartment, with public parking and beach bars. These are known as Black Beach and Playa de los Toros, considered as ecological reserves by the Junta de Andalucía. There is a trekking route from Punta Chullera to El Castillo. (The Chullera and Playa de la Duquesa Beach). Situation places / time by car:-petrol station (food, newspapers, etc.): 1 min-public car park Beach: 1 min 45 sec-Paramotor school: min 3.-supermarkets (day, Eroski): 4 min 30 sec-fishermen's village:

The apartment is located 30 minutes from Gibraltar (there you can feel as if they were in an English town, with Main Street - Street shops, its famous monkeys, shopping without taxes, etc.,) to 15 minutes from Estepona (Estepona fish market, bars, pedestrian Real-calle street of shops, restaurants, bars, etc.), 30 minutes from Marbella (Puerto Banus (, Old town) and 1 hour and a half from Malaga. (Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, Roman Theatre, Calle Larios, etc.) Less than 10 minutes there are three golf courses (Finca Cortesin, Doña Julia Golf and the Duchess) who attached services offered with the rental of the House:-the surroundings will be displayed for that location: supermarkets, restaurants and sites that visit, beaches, etc.-shopping list: a shopping service is offered when there is the arrival in the House they have food drink-mountain bike hire to make routes-reservation in the different golf courses of the area-rides to horse-hiking trails tours - scuba diving courses.
