The main bedroom contains one double bed along with substantial storage space. The second bedroom contains two single beds along with further storage.

From the living room there is an iron trellis staircase leading to the basement, whereyou will find a very large living room/bedroom, with soft chairs and a very comfortable double sofa bed, and another bathroom with shower. This rooms avails of natural light coming through windows opening on an internal corridor. The basement also has independent entrance, as well as further storage.

The apartment avails of full air conditioning and heating, fitted kitchen with integrated electric cooker & hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooking and dining facilities for 8 people including all cooking utensils, tableware, crockery and cutlery. Other amenities are flat screen satellite TV, washer \ drier, outdoor dining furniture.

It is ideal for both families and couples, since there is a lot of open space available, the apartments are very generous, and it is very secure. You can choose between staying by the pool or stroll for a swim down by the lake in just a few minutes walk.

About the Resort

The Resort is a luxurious, secure family apartment complex, set in 4 acres of fully landscaped gardens. Vehicles are not allowed within the complex grounds ensuring safety at all times during your holiday. During the peak season access to the resort is through the main gate which is protected by security staff 24 hours a day.

The facilities, all included in the price, comprise of 3 adult swimming pools, a large Jacuzzi, a children’s swimming pool, 3 all-weather tennis courts, 5 a-side soccer pitches and children’s playground.

To the rear of the apartments are large green areas with a children’s playground, marquees with relaxing deck chairs and sun beds, tennis courts and 5 a side football pitch, plenty of space for all families.

Those looking for stunning scenery will not be disappointed as the lake is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. To the south of the lake there is a gentle rolling landscape with many towns and villages with wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. To the Eastern side of the lake there is the dominant view of Monte Baldo, the backdrop for many films as it towers (2000 meter) above the crystal clear lake.
There is family fun and entertainment at the Gardaland fun resort which is renown throughout Italy for its thrilling rides and fun for children and adults alike.
The temperate climate makes Lake Garda a year round retreat as many of the lake sports and water pursuits can be enjoyed throughout the year. Manerba del Garda

The tranquil village of Manerba del Garda has a variety of things to see and do. For water lovers, you can rent a boat at the local Marina and enjoy exploring the lake. Families can also enjoy water sports, like jet skiing or wind surfing. Lake Garda has many beautiful and historic towns nestled along its shore, easily reached by either car or the various ferries, which are a quick and interesting way to travel on the lake. The little town nestled on the hills adjacent to the Marina, has all facilities needed to make your holiday pleasant and relaxing. Within walking distance are restaurants, supermarkets, clubs, and bars. You can drive around the entire lake in approximately 2 hours which allows time to stop and enjoy a coffee, ice-cream.
