IL CARDINAL is a villa fully renovated country, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, bordered by ancient walls dry. Very pleasant even outside of July and August, from spring to autumn you can profiterer fully the beauty of the area and swim in the sea without the summer crowds, and if the evening is cool, heating is here. The property is completely surrounded and enclosed by walls and suitable for children and animals. In the vast pine forest (10,000 m2), you always find a quiet spot in the shade for a siesta. Behind the house, kitchen side, there is a large shaded terrace. From here you have stunning views of the countryside beyond. Another terrace in front of the entrance where the evening you can watch a sunset breathtaking sipping your drink. A free-form pool, water treated by salt electrolysis Its blue color cobalt coating fits perfectly with the surrounding nature. (1.50m depth). outdoor shower with hot water. From the villa, it is very easy to get to many historical cities and tourist attractions, and beautiful white sand beaches are about ten kilometers, called "Puglia The Caribbean". The house has three spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms and a bathroom with basin, hydromassage, a large living room with double sofa bed, a spacious fully equipped kitchen. If you wish, there is the possibility to benefit from a housekeeper. A fireplace is present in the large living room. Heating is available for the winter. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, sometimes practices during the summer. The alarm system is directly connected wirelessly to a surveillance society, who speak very quickly and can access the property. WiFi by prepaid card. electric gate and videophone. Ample parking available inside the property. A 300 Euro security deposit in cash is required on arrival and refunded on departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Elisabetta (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
