Enjoy a peaceful , absolute riverfront getaway in this charming historical family holiday home in North Yunderup on the Murray River, a short drive from Mandurah City within the Peel Region ( one hour south of Perth ) and only minutes from the Freeway exit. . Suitable for larger groups yet cosy enough for a romantic getaway all year around

Overlook the River, your own private jetty and safe sand swimming beach from the shady vine clad Verandah

It is an aquatic playground. Bring your boat, kayak, fishing gear. Crab pots and Kayaks supplied.

All the modern conveniences including air conditioning in every room and a cosy wood fire and an outdoor fire pit for the cooler months , a cafe/deli across the River , great shopping and tourist attractions all nearby

Comfortably sleeps 12 with x 1 King Bed , x 1 Queen , 2 x Singles that can be joined to make a Double with x 2 sets of double single bunks – with extra trundle beds...... Sleeps 12 - 13 x persons in total

ANSWER : YES , IT IS A FIXED FEE OF $ 150 / STAY AND INCLUDES LINEN AND CLEANING ............. WE DO ASK THAT YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE ITSELF REASONABLY CLEAN AND TIDY , REMOVE ALL RUBBISH UPON VACATING AND PUT THE LOCAL RUBBISH BINS OUT ON THE FRONT VERGE , REGARDLESS OF WHAT DAY YOU VACATE

ONE IS SPUD SHED ABOUT 5 MINUTES BY CAR TOWARDS MANDURAH ........ AND ANOTHER ABOUT THE SAME DISTANCE TOWARDS PINJARRA , AT THE RAVENSWOOD PUB.

THE PELICANS CAFE ON THE RIVER IS DIRECTLY OPPOSITE THE HOUSE , FOR BOAT FUEL , ICE , BOTTLE SHOP , FAST FOOD, RIVERFRONT CAFE DINING AND CORNER SHOP TYPE ITEMS. A LARGE MODERN PETROL STATION IS JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY BY CAR AND SELLS MANY USEFUL ITEMS AS WELL , LIKE ICE , GAS , HEAT BEADS ETC ETC ...............

Wonderful stay at this Holiday House. Very relaxed and comfortable accommodation right on the river, and so close to Perth! Really feels like you are miles away, amazing.

Great location. You can pen your boat out the front Caught plenty of crabs, played golf and relaxed. I go every year twice a year highly recommended

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
