Enjoy the comfort of this newly refurbished airconditioned 2 storey (2 Bedroom) townhouse located 150m walk to the cafe strip and old bridge and only 30m to the estuary. This townhouse enjoys fabulous views of the estuary and the bird island sanctuary in soldiers cove. There are cycle paths along the estuary and great parks, cafes and shops to explore within walking distance. The bus from the train station can drop off close to the townhouse.

This newly refurbished airconditioned double storey townhouse has 2 bedrooms with quality furniture. Bedrooms upstairs include 1 Queen, 1 bunkbed, 1 single bed & 1 folder bed (folder bed suitable for children only). Childrens Cot available onsite. 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and can accommodate up to 6 guests (4 adults & 2 children).

There is a private rear courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ for your enjoyment. One carport and additional parking available for extra vehicle or small boat

All Linen provided - Towels, Sheets, Pillows, Blankets/Mattress Protectors.

If required bring your favourite pillows. Washing machine and dryer onsite.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Nigel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
