From the owner

The townhouse is situated in the idyllic village of Mandria situated within easy reach of secluded Cypriot beaches. The property is 5 minutes away from two of the international golf courses in Cyprus and 15 minutes from the historic harbour town of Paphos with its many archaeological sites, superb shops and many water and other sports.

The house is a two bedroomed town house which sleeps 6 and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout. The ground floor consists of a large open plan living room and dining area, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom together with marble stairs leading to the first floor.The large patio doors lead out onto the patio and garden. Free wifi is also available.

You can relax in the living area which has two large comfortable settees, one of which being a double bed settee. There is a streamed TV, DVD and CD radio system. The little children (or grown up children) can enjoy the play station or settle down to read or play board games. The ground floor also has air conditioning. The complex boasts a large attractive swimming pool and childrens pool and the local beach is a short stroll away.

Mandria village has all the usual amenities a large restaurant two traditional tavernas, fish and chip restaurant or take away, cafe, and a well equipped small supermarket.

It also has a bus service and bikes available, but getting around Cyprus is so easy a hire car is highly recommended.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
