Reservations

A returnable £100 deposit is required to secure a reservation. The deposit is in addition to the cost of the rental, which is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. The deposit will be returned to you within 21 days of the end of the rental period, upon safe return of the keys and satisfactory condition of the apartment. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking plus £100 security deposit. Bookings made within 4 weeks of travel will secure a 10% discount and bookings within 2 weeks a 15% discount. Payments should be made direct to the owners bank account details of which are available from the owners.Basic welcome pack is provided on arrival and english-speaking representative is on hand to answer any questions. Apartment is cleaned before your arrival but shall you need, additional cleaning can be arranged at you own cost.

The apartment is beautifully fitted throughout. It has 2 double bedrooms one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, both have fitted wardrobes. The tastefully furnished open plan lounge and dining room is both spacious and comfortable, a relaxed stylish interior complete with dining suite, 2 sofas and wide screen LCD Satellite TV. Air condition units in all main rooms provide excellent climate control, both summer and winter.The kitchen is beautifully designed and offers efficient use of space. All work surfaces are made of granite. A full range of modern appliances are available, cooker and hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. All crockery cutlery and glass are also available as are saucepans and basic housekeeping equipment, including cleaning goods, an iron and ironing board and clothes airer, to ensure you enjoy an effortless ‘home-from-home’ experience.The master bedroom with en suite shower room, is luxuriously designed with your utmost comfort in mind; a king size bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, hairdryer and extensive fitted wardrobes. Providing the same levels of comfort and relaxation the second bedroom offers single beds with bedside tables, night lamps and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom offers contemporary and elegant sanitary ware suites with inbuilt sink, storage cabinets, towel rails, mirror, bathtub with shower over the top.

The apartment has its own private allocated parking. For al fresco living, the spacious apartment patio is furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, which overlooks the pool the perfect setting to relax on your holiday. There are gardens to 3 sides which are laid with white pebbles.It is a ground floor apartment and less then a stone throw from the pool,so ideal for people with mobility problems.

The Paphos District

Paphos town is only a 15 minute drive away and is a must for a visit. There are numerous restaurants and bars and places of historical interest to visit. It is recommended to visit the harbour area at lunch time on Sundays. It’s a really friendly atmosphere with families making Sunday lunch, at one of the many restaurants, a real event.There are also many supermarkets in and around Paphos where you can buy everything that you will need for the perfect self-catering holiday at very reasonable prices.

Mandria

We chose Mandria for its beauty, charm, tranquillity and the fact that the village is still traditional and has not been commercialised. The village centre is a 5 minute walk and the beach only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is just a 15 minute drive from Paphos and more or less the same to the two golf courses Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills with the new Alea course only 20 minutes away. The airport is only a ten minute drive, so no long hauls from and to the airport. The whole area is very flat making walking to the village and the beach very easy and no problems for people with mobility issues. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with orange groves and farmland surrounding the village and the roads down to the beach. It is the perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday. You will find the people of Cyprus really friendly, hospitable,very willing to help and extremely easy to do business with. Mandria also has a good number of ex-pats who are always more than willing to help and give advice.
