On the exterior you can enjoy a leafy environment with nearby parks and tree lined streets, along with a parking spot for your vehicles.

The apartments location is 15 minutes by bus from Manchester City Centre and Piccadilly Railway station, 10 minutes by bus from the University district and 20 minutes by Taxi from Manchester International Airport.

There is a shopping area within a 3 minute walk of the apartment with convenience stores comprising of a Tesco Metro, Co-oP Food and a Subway etc. There are larger Supermarkets within a 5 minute bus ride.
