Description

Manasota Key is one of the most beautiful areas in Florida. It is a quiet, underdeveloped Key with the most gorgeous beaches. There is water on both sides of the Key - Lemon Bay on one side and the Gulf on the other. The location of our development is perfect - there is no toll to get on the island - you can walk to the restaurants - the beach is a one minute walk - it is quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and offers amazing weather.

We own all the condos in the development and it is reflected by the care and attention we give the condos and the surrounding grounds.

Pictured Condo is #3-A: All condos are fully furnished with everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs.

Our condos all have a queen bed in the master bedroom and either a queen bed or two twin beds in the guest bedroom. All condos have a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Your condo has its own lanai and washer & dryer.

Our pool is heated year round. We have a private dock that you can fish off (it even has a fish cleaning station!) or you can dock your boat at no charge. Beach access is across the street - about a one minute walk.

“Very relaxing stay”

Well-located, peaceful setting for the 2-bed condo. Unit was well-appointed, clean and tidy. Lovely spot overlooking Lemon Bay with condo heated pool to rear. Recommend anyone to stay here who wants to "chill"....

After spending a week in Orlando visiting the theme parks we wanted to spend a few nights on the gulf coast to relax and see another side to Florida. We booked Turtle Bay Condo’s after reading recommendations on Tripadvisor and were pleased to find it was exactly as we hoped it would be, very comfortable and relaxed with Lemon Bay on one side and the Gulf coast on the other. The condo was clean and tidy with everything we needed, and it was within walking distance of a few pubs and restaurants. There was plenty of wildlife to spot - Manatees, Rays, Dolphins Pelicans and Ospreys to name a few. Amazing sunsets over the sea and beautiful sunrises from the screened balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. If we ever return to Florida we would happily go back to Turtle Bay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
