Description

Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this townhouse is sunny even in

the dead of winter. It is attached to only one neighbor and you will enjoy

it's cathedral, cedar ceilings in the living room and loft. While peaceful

and quiet, away from the noise of the snow plows and summer traffic, the

condo is steps from a Red Line Shuttle Stop to the mountain. Beautifully

upgraded bathrooms and kitchen along with lots of mountain and southwest

art, will transport you into the Mammoth Lifestyle. The unit is spacious,

offering a flat screen HD TV in the living room with cable TV and music ,

NETFLEX, DVD, VCR , WIFI, GAMES etc. The two downstairs bedrooms have TVs

and DVDs. The master bedroom sports it's own vanity and sink area.

Upstairs, the loft is airy with two european style windows for viewing

Lincoln Mountain and the golf course. With high ceilings , the loft is

large with no view from the downstairs living area. There is a jacuzzi, pool and large parking area. No parking quotas. Nesled in large pine trees, you will enjoy peek a boo views of the mountains.and golf course. All the units are spread out , surrounded by grass and privacy. In the summer, you will appreciate the trail located right outside the front door. The master bedroom has a brand new, california king bed gaining lots of compliments from guests. 2nd downstairs bedroom has a set of twins and a hotel class roll away. Upstairs, in the loft, you will find a comfortable queen and two trundle twin beds. Downstairs there is a full bath and the master bedroom has it's own vanity and sink area. Upstairs is another full bath.

Outside on the deck of our charming townhouse there is a new gas BBQ for

your enjoyment.

Additionally, there are discounts on golf, restaurants, ski equipment etc. available throughout the year. We try to keep coupons in our guest basket.

There is shuttle bus transportation to all entrances to Mammoth Mountain and all areas of the town. The bus stop is directly out side the entrance to our townhouse complex entrance.
