The gardens surround The Hall which is a wonderful and safe place for children to play and explore. There are many species of birds and animals living in the grounds with a variety of plants and trees. There are walks with spectacular views around every corner. Get away from it all and relax in the peace and tranquility of The Hall and gardens. The bedrooms have wonderful views of the garden and Dyfi Valley. Minutes away from the local market town of Machynlleth this is an interesting historic town which has many places of interest places, with a market on Wednesday.One pet welcome at an extra charge of 7.50 per day. The Hall is part of a group of five cottages that have complete privacy from each other. and surround by a five acre garden.

“Could not have wished for a better place...!!!!”

19 of us stayed in all 5 of the cottages, so i got to see them all, all clean and tidy and well equiped. The gardens and views were fantastic, with plenty of space for the children to play and explore. The cottages are within a short drive of some wonderfull beaches, the best of which, (in our opinion), being Aberdovey. I would recomend 'Ty Poeth' holliday cottages to anybody, ranging from a couple on their own to a large family group like we had. All in all, Great cottages, Great location, Great value for money and Great holiday. Thanks, see you again no doubt.

“Great stay”

Idyllic setting. Log burner kept us warm on cold spring nights. Close to Dolgellau and Machynlleth so a great base for travelling. Great self catering accomodation for us with a young family and the outdoor space was fantastic for children.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
