At 400 meters of distance from the sandy beach of Maleme, our beautiful flat, fully equipped, is ready to comfortably accommodate 2 people in 1 bedroom plus 2 more in a sofa bed. Enjoy your stay with features such as fully air-conditioned spaces, fast wi-fi, balcony with view, steps from the beach, fully equipped kitchen, washer, cable tv. Spend your relaxing holidays in a brand new, stylish flat and explore sunny Crete!

Our brand new flat, (Mimosa) can sleep 4 people in one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed and is located at Maleme, near Platanias area, some meters of walking distance to the sandy beach at the third floor of a new, safe and private, building.

Fully equipped with air conditions in all rooms, fast wifi and beautifully decorated, you can get the perfect space for a family or friends to spend your holidays in style, from where you can easily explore the spectacular Northwest part of Crete or just relax at the few meters from flat, sandy beach.

• Bedrooms

There is a comfortable double bedroom, with access to the balcony. Fully equipped and air-conditioned. A sofa bed available for two more people if your group consists of more than two people. Cable TV available in the bedroom. Linens provided for all our guests.

• Bathrooms

There is a modern, clean and new, spacious bathroom. Towels, shampoo, soap and other toiletries are provided

• Kitchen

A brand new kitchen, fully equipped with all modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine. The dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons. The area is air-conditioned.

• Living Room

An open space living room with comfortable sofas, bright and with access to the balcony. Space is also air-conditioned!

• Outdoors

The house has a spacious balcony equipped with outdoor furniture where you and your friends/family can enjoy a glass of wine or your breakfasts in privacy.

Our flat is situated in Maleme beachfront village, next to Platanias. Maleme is situated 16 km from the town of Chania and is well known for its history, the sightseeing, the clean and beautiful beaches and the tourism infrastructure.

At Maleme, you can also find the “Airport of Maleme” where the most fearsome and important battle in the history of “Battle of Crete” during the Second World War took place.

Today, Maleme is a modern touristic village with well-organized tourism infrastructure and Travel Services. In Maleme, you can also find a medical office, pharmacy, tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets and some of the best beaches in the Northwest part of Crete!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
