The property is located in the village of Navene in a very quiet area, ideal for those who play tennis (2 tennis courts in red clay adjacent to the house), biking, sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing (500 meters from the sailing center of Navene and from school windsurfing and kitesurfing), 300 meters from the beach, 5 km from the center of Malcesine, 10 km from the spa of Linfano, 60 km from the Arena di Verona. Being close to the slopes of Monte Baldo, the house enjoys a favorable climate for spending the summer holidays and pleasant temperatures in spring and autumn. Behind the property starts the forest with trails leading to Mount Baldo, passable on foot or mountain bike. The apartment is spacious (90 square meters), has 6 beds + 1 sofa / bed + 1 bed for children up to 3 years old and is perfect for families with children, for people who want to enjoy the tranquility of resort and for athletes (sailors, surfers, bikers and for those who practice traditional and sport climbing, in fact it is just a few km from Arco di Trento, a town famous for the sport). Guests love to dine on the outdoor patio in complete tranquility. The kitchen is equipped, the living room at the entrance is very comfortable for relaxing and the bedrooms are large. Inside you will find everything you need for cooking and other household appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with cooker hood and electric oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, Italian moka, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV 42 "with digital terrestrial and satellite connection, the ability to connect to the internet via wi-fi. in the apartment there is a first aid kit for any eventuality. Sheets and towels are provided and are included in price! at your disposal a private parking space in the parking lot of the property with automatic gate, a private garden with a few sun loungers, a courtyard overlooking the lake, a barbecue, a patio with a 6 table chairs and an umbrella (guests usually love dining outdoors in complete tranquility) and a large hall closed to store all sports equipment. in this apartment pets s ono welcome given the chance to keep them in the garden. It is recommended not to leave them free for the possible presence of other guests (special attention to the presence of children). For customers it is preferable to have a car to be able to freely enjoy the lake area. However, on the territory of Malcesine a service of Tourist-bus very well organized and cheap is active. You can also move around by bicycle using the cycle path along the lake coast.

How do damage deposits work?
