You could spend hours just comfortably seated in the living room of this new property enjoying the views to the Paseo del Parque, the Catedral & the Alcazaba; this 2 bedroom is perfectly positioned to maximize your time in Malaga offering a location in the middle of the old quarter and the east side of the city.

This newly refurbished property, located on the 10th (and last) floor of a traditional residential building, features a living/dinning area for up to 4 guests as well as a comfy sofa where you could just sit and get lost in the breathtaking city views (specially at night!). Decorated with modern furniture and neutral colors, the 2 bedrooms have double beds, TV and closets: the family bathroom, with walk in shower, is conveniently located to be used by all the guests that would stay in the property.

Although Malaga is well known for its good food and our famous tapas, for some self catering & indoor cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay: electric hob, coffee maker, kettle & toaster amongst others as well as washing machine & dishwasher.

The apartment has AC/heating units in all bedrooms; wireless internet throughout (Free of charge) - you will find the WI-FI code on your arrival.

No smoking, no pets, no parties; corporate rentals and children welcome!

SPECIAL SEASON MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: Christmas, Holy Week and Feria de Malaga require a minimum of 3 guests.

Parking on the streets is not easy almost all year-round - impossible in the summer - and not free of charge (except in on the weekends and late nights).

Bedclothes and linens included in the rental price. Baby cot also available (with a charge).

IMPORTANT - No refunds will be issued over neighborhood activities(local celebrations), construction work, parties or loud noises caused by non guests or properties (should this happen pease let us know so we can call the police ourselves), street noise, no street parking or road closures. If we are made aware of such an event in advance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We are not responsible for those activities.

We will only accept people under 21 years old if they are accompanied by an adult.

One set of towels (1 big & 1 small ) per person is included in the rental price. BATH TOWELS CANNOT BE USED FOR THE BEACH! We will check them at your departure and if necessary deduct the charge from the security deposit so please bear that in mind.

Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the latest. Early arrivals and late departures can be requested before arrival by contacting previously and confirming with the manager. Arrivals after 23.00 have an extra charge of 15.00 € and after 00.00 h it would be 25.00 €

It is mandatory to present a paper copy of passport either upon arrival or in advance by email or if you prefer you can show it at arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
