This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is located in an enviable location in the city of Málaga in modern building with only 8 years old. Walking are 15 minutes from Historic Downtown.

  The Plaza de la Merced, Calle Larios, Picasso Museum or Alcazaba with its bars, bustling cafes and restaurants are at your fingertips without the drawbacks of noise or the lack of parking. Comfortably accommodates up to six people in a friendly atmosphere. They have also included access to a unique and amazing sun terrace or take a dip in your community pool on the roof of the building with incredible views of the city and the cathedral. Access to Terrace as the entire building is equipped for people with disabilities.

  Bed linen and towels are included. We have a large kitchen including full kitchen with utensils, which is available for use. The separate dining room the other rooms, there is a wide screen television with TV. The double bedroom has a double bed of 1,50 mtr also has an en suite. The small single room has a single bed of 90 cmts and a chair-bed oh 90 cmts as well. The other has a bed that becomes two single bed of 90 cmt at the same heigh.
