This beautiful Andalusian villa is situated directly on the beach.

to just enjoy's beach life it a simple matter of walking out the back gate. The front of the villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and terrace where one can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, a quiet siesta or just gaze at the ocean while sipping a white wine.

In the back garden is a large barbeque, a large swimming pool and sunning area. The yard is somewhat sheltered from the back wind making it perfect for outdoor activities and swimming not only in summer but spring and autumn too.

The beach directly in front of the villa is a wild beach, such activities are not restricted: you can fish, walk your dog, go horse riding, surf, or practice your golf swing. However, a mere 50 meters to either side begin the modernised beaches with all facilities: life guards, beach loungers, toilets, showers, kiosks and amazing restaurants and beach bars for all your Dresden needs-for instance, freshly caught fish grilled over a wooden fire. delicious.

For those who are looking for a big city day of culture or shopping there is a bus stop 5 minutes away with buses going to Malaga several times in hour. (it's around a 40-minute bus trip)

Shops, supermarkets, hospital services and so on are all to be found locally in Rincon. Nearby is a golf course and horse riding facilities. For those who like to walk, the coast line of Rincón and its neighboring cities offer one beautiful beach after another.

The villa itself which built in the seam and eighties and has been freshly renovated in july 2013. The kitchen and bathrooms are completely new, and equipped with all modern conveniences. The villa maintains the original atmosphere of a typical Andalusian house with wooden beaming, brick walls, open fire place and small indoor garden.

It's a magical place which we hope you enjoy as much as we do. Although there are many bedrooms, some are quite small, so we recommend 10-11 people. If you are more please get in touch with me, so I can advise you further.
