Description

This top-floor apartment is located by the sea in the heart of La Carihuela village, an interesting former fishermen neighborhood 25 minutes away from Malaga Historic Center. It has sea views and many services just downstairs, like supermarkets, car-park, taxi rank, bakery, restaurants, and of course the nice beach and the La Carihuela seaside promenade just in front of you.. It has WIFI, 2 bedrooms, a chill out area with another double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, salon and a nice terrace. It has 2 bedrooms, a chill out area with another double bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, salon and a nice terrace.

The 30 years old building has swimming/pools and gardens, and an underground car park can be arranged at an extra cost of 8 Euros per day. The house furniture are a mix of different styles and ages. Kitchen furniture, sofa and some other items might be old, but general comfort of the house is acceptable.

It has no air/condition, but it has ceilings mounted funs, and being so close

First bedroom has private bathroom, and another bathroom outside for the use of the second bedroom plus the possible chill/out bed guests.

Summer time is very crowded and lot of fun happening everywhere, while winter offers a lovely quiet seaside atmosphere.

The apartment is available for your only use; I live nearby, so anything that you might need, just need to send me a message.

This flat is located in La Carihuela beach, a former fishermen village in the Torremolinos area. Summer time is very crowded and happening everywhere, while winter offers a lovely quiet seaside atmosphere.

You have plenty public transport options; Torremolinos center train station is 1 km uphill; the apartment is on the Carihuela beach area. Bus stop is nearer.
There is a Taxi rank just in front of the building.
However if you came by car, you might like to visit some other beaches or nearby cities, like Marbella puerto banus, etc, I can arrange a private car park space in the building at an extra cost of 8€ per day, but outside the building there are some free parking areas. However, in July and August is very high season, so you might have to look for an space for a little while.. ..but eventually you will find it! ;-) Security shouldn´t be a problem, I do park in the streets, and never had a problem. Obviously it is good not to leave at sight bags or any other items that could be stolen.

There are many plants in the house, so it would be nice if you could give them some water every 3-4 days in winter, or every 1 or 2 days in summer-time.
