Live like a true local while visiting Malaga! Choosing the right location can make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable one.

This high-end apartment 110 m2, is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant building which features all the commodities a modern construction has to offer with the classic look of a traditional old quarter building.

Calle San Agustin is literally seconds away by foot to the Picasso Museum and just minutes to the boutiques of Calle Larios, the Thyssen Museums (and the Pompidou, opening in 2015), the Echegaray and Cervantes Theaters; and the Muelle 1 (piers next to the sea) with its restaurants and shops are just minutes away by foot from the apartment.

Attention to detail has been taken in all the apartment: both the master (this one with an en-suite full bathroom with double sink, bathtub and towel heater) and the guest bedrooms are furnished with new custom made and extremely comfortable queen size beds (150 and 160 cm respectively), and follow the elegant and stylish feel of the rest of the apartment. You will also find spacious enclosed automatically lit closets in each bedroom.

In the hall that connect the bedrooms to the living room you will find the second bathroom also fully equipped, this one with an enclosed shower.

Next would be the living – dining room as well as a modern and extremely well equipped kitchen; electric ceramic hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, amongst others.. Adjacent to it, there is the dining table for 4 guests. T

The spacious living area, tastefully decorated living area with a nice sofa bed for 3, armchairs, flat TV, etc. is bright and elegant and has a very nice closed balcony with a beautiful view of Calle Echegaray and the Cathedral. The perfect setting for elegant or romantic a candle lit dinner and a lovely way to end the day after a full day spent visiting the great sites of Malaga city!

We recommend this classy unit to anybody who enjoys beauty and style and is looking to live Malaga to the very fullest!

The whole apartment is provided with central air conditioning / heating unit and wireless internet access.

SPECIAL SEASON MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: Holy Week, Christmas and Feria de Malaga require a minimum and a maximum of 4 guests.

IMPORTANT - No refunds will be issued over neighborhood activities(local celebrations), construction work, parties or loud noises caused by non guests or properties (should this happen pease let us know so we can call the police ourselves), street noise, no street parking or road closures. If we are made aware of such an event in advance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We are not responsible for those activities.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
