Two bedroom penthouse. About 15-20 minutes from the beach walking and in the most charming area of Malaga.

Surrounded by the best tapas bars, just steps from the arena and next to the most important museums and theaters in the city.

Ideal to visit the city and enjoy the beautiful weather of the Costa del Sol as it is near the beach Malagueta.

Less than ten minutes from the train station and very well connected to the airport. No car is needed as it is well connected and in full cultural and entertainment area.

It is a 4th floor fantastic Atico but with no lift. Nonetheless, I would like to point out that I will be happy to arrange help to take your luggage up to the flat if you would require it.

*Unfortunately, I can not take care of welcoming guests since I work and live outside of Malaga. You will be treated in the best possible way, you should check the check in/out time by those who manage the cleaning and organizing the house, they will be happy to

If you arrive too late, they charge a late check-in fee for being out of their work time.

You have to sign a contract with the rules that you can read below:

Each room has an air conditioner, the use of these appliances should be, as mandatory, as responsible as possible.

• Under no circumstances let the air conditioning on, if you are not at the apartment.

• Please remember that you cannot turn on all three machines at the same time, the general power can be turned off. Keep the Ac on for a while until it refreshes the room.

• The electricity invoice is detailed by date, in a reasonable way in order to each season, if you do not make responsible use, the host could claim the deposit.

Although the final cleaning is on our part, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition in terms of hygiene and with some level of consideration towards the cleaning staff, this includes:

• Taking out the trash and throwing out the food purchased by you that you do not use

• Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

• Leave all the cushions from the outside terrace inside the flat so that the next guest finds them in good condition and leave the house tidy.

Please, by precedent with other guests: Under no circumstances should any surgical needles have been left lying around in the flat. This is a serious health hazard and it was your responsibility to dispose of in a safe manner.

*If you leave the flat in very bad condition, the deposit will not be returned.

Ático de dos habitaciones en la cuarta planta de un bonito edificio antiguo restaurado sin ascensor. A unos 15 minutos a pie de la playa y en la zona con más encanto de Málaga. Rodeado de los mejores bares de tapas,a un paso de la plaza de toros y al lado de los museos y teatros más importantes de la ciudad.

Ideal para visitar la ciudad y disfrutar del buen tiempo de la costa del sol ya que está muy cerca de la playa de la Malagueta.

A menos de diez minutos en coche de la estación de tren y muy bien conectado con el aeropuerto. No se necesita coche ya que está muy bien comunicado y en plena zona cultural y de ocio.Ático de dos habitaciones. A solo diez minutos de la playa y en la zona con más encanto de Málaga.

Lamentablemente desde que el apartamento está en alquiler, yo como propietaria no me puedo hacer cargo de recibir a los huéspedes debido a que trabajo y vivo fuera de Málaga. Usted será atendido de la mejor manera posible por las personas que me ayudan en esta tarea; deberán consultar los horarios establecidos por los encargados de gestionar la limpieza y organización de la casa, ellos estarán encantados de atenderles en todo lo que sea necesario. Si usted llega demasiado tarde, ellos cobrarán un pequeño recargo por estar fuera de su horario de trabajo.

Aquí tienes las normas y requisitos. En primer lugar, debido a la nueva ley de alojamiento turístico en mi ciudad, debo informarle que usted tiene que traer una copia de su documento de identidad (pasaporte o documento de identidad) de al menos dos de los invitados y el contrato enviado, entregue estos documentos a los gerentes. Ellos también deben completar un formulario con su información. Gracias de antemano por su paciencia:

Muy importante!!

- Apague el aire acondicionado si está fuera de casa. Nunca accione las tres máquinas a la vez. Si hace un uso abusivo del aire no se devolverá el deposito.

Aunque la limpieza final es nuestra responsabilidad, usted está obligado a dejar el apartamento en buenas condiciones, si deja el piso en mal estado el deposito no será devuelto.

House rules

Due to the new law on tourist accommodation you have to bring a copy of your ID document (passport or identity card) of at least two of the guests. Tthe key managers must also complete a short stay form with your information.
Since we have received complaints from our neighbors, about other guests in the
past please, respect this rules:
-No bicycle should be parked in the
hallway
-For the respect of others, No noise after 23 h and till 9 h
-Garbage is to be thrown away in the street container
