Convenient for one of the great shopping streets in Spain in Calle Larios and the famous Picasso Museum and recently opened Thyseen Museum at the end of the street. Whether for business or pleasure this property is a great location for those wanting to see Malaga and the Costa del Sol. A superb location in being beside Calle Larios, this flat is newly furnished and decorated in a classic style with all the modern appliances you could ever want. With large double glazed windows and air conditioning you will be able to relax in comfort. The accommodation includes a bright, spacious living room with oak wood flooring and furnished with a sofa & comfy armchairs. A Smart TV with SKY Box (free-to-air), Spanish TDT, Internet radio, ADSL will have you wishing you could stay longer. A spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, juice blender, coffee machine, kettle, all crockery and cutlery plus cooking equipment and an extensive array of cooking utensils.

Both bedrooms contain a double bed, with duvet, pillows and linen, a bedside table, lamp and wardrobe. The main bathroom contains a washbasin, toilet and power shower. Towels, linen and cleaning products are provided. All appliances and furnishings are brand new. The property has modern wooden oak flooring throughout except the bathroom which has ceramic tiles. This flat is Ideal for people who want to stay in an exciting and interesting part of Malaga. Great for business or pleasure, young couples or families. Come and see for yourself.

I will provide a list of recommended restaurants & bars, and places to see & do in Malaga by email CHECK IN TIMES In general, we are flexible on check-in for guests. Likewise, we will work around your itinerary for check-out but generally this will be around the 11.00am mark LATE CHECK-IN HAS AN EXTRA FEE: Check-in AFTER 21:00 is 20€ At check-out, please leave the keys on the table and shut the door. Never leave them in the door. KEYS There is a charge of a 20€ for lost keys and keys left inside the door.

Andrea, Thank you for sharing your feedback, both positive and constructive. I am sorry that the apartment did not achieve the standard that you may have expected. To respond, I would like, however, to mention that the apartment was fully refurbished in 2008 and that the fixtures and fittings are completely brand new. The building itself is a protected structure (based in the historic part of the city) and we make this clear in the description. Regarding the furniture, I am sorry that you found the wardrobe a little too high. We actually purchased this so it would blend in with the high ceilings that run throughout the property. Lastly, we are very keen to be sustainable, environmentally conscience and ensure that electricity is not wasted, hence we decided to the install a timer (which can be placed on a 3 hour cycle) on the air conditioning unit. This is also a safety feature that we installed as guests unfamiliar with the apartment might accidentally leave the aircon on when not there. We do apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused here. Many thanks, Adrian

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
