Wake up and walk to the beach from this spacious and stylish apartment. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with 3 different rooms, accommodate up to 8 guests so they can enjoy the beach, the seafront and the countless cafés, restaurants and bars in the area. Parking, swimming pool for adults and another one for children. Looking for spacious, comfortable and relaxing spaces, the apartment is beautifully decorated in an eclectic atmosphere blending modern and elegant style with romantic Bohemian chic. This mixture makes this house a unique and special place. The modern and contemporary kitchen has furniture for 8 people. Oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, washer / dryer, etc. Located 1 min walking from the beach, with easy access to the city center via bus (20 min) scooter electric (12 min) car or taxi (8 min) and 10 min from the airport. The neighborhood (former fishing district of Malaga) is currently one of the best areas of the city. Modern neighborhood, current and full of life with its cafes, restaurants, supermarkets (in front of the building), pharmacy, etc ... At 1 min there are electric scooters and at 4 min the bus stop that goes to the center of Malaga and different areas from the city. 5 minutes walking is the famous Parque del Oeste, is the largest park in Malaga to which you can go with children, as it has more than 70,000 m2 in which more than 400 are intended for children, with leisure elements and children's game. In the park there is a small zoo with exotic animals, an infinity of plants and there is also a large lake where turtles and fish live. -Air conditioning cold / heat throughout the house. -Smart TV 42 ", Netflix, international satellite channels and high-speed WiFi. -Parking covered free. -Cot and trona free upon request. -Category and free beach towels. -4 free beach chairs. - Welcome pack with coffee and tea capsules. -Oil, salt and pepper to cook. -No groups of young people or adults who do not know how to respect the rules of community cohabitation are allowed.

Apartmán leží v klidné části města, blízko pláže, supermarketu, restaurací. Nedaleko autobusové zastávky. Vše perfektní, vybavení apartmánu naprosto překonalo očekávání, možnost parkování v podzemní garáži. Majitel velmi vstřícný a pozorný.

Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms and amenities you can't imagine. This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and the beach is on the doorstep! you have here all that you need to enjoy Malaga city and his beauty. Are there in the area parks, restaurants and bars, chiringuitos... We were the whole family with 3 adults and 2 children and we were delighted and all of us enjoyed Malaga and Charming apartment on the beach - Pool and parking - very nice. Antonio the owner is definitely very friendly and a good person. We will definitely be back and we recommend this apartment!
