Situated in the very heart of the forest, you will discover two brand new luxurious villas. Don’t be deceived by the private secluded feel, as they are within walking distance to all the local attractions. Potamianata is centrally located in Kefalonia, which makes it ideal as a base to explore all the wonders that Kefalonia has to offer. Located just a mere 3.5km away from the traditional village Agia Efimia, popular for its yachting flotillas, bustling harbour, taverns, bars, diving school, shops and cruises. The postcard perfect Myrtos Beach, Sami, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach, and the remarkable Drogarati Cave, are just a number of places all within a short drive from your idyllic slice of paradise. At Forest Villas Kefalonia we offer exclusivity above other hotels, with both of our secluded villas boasting a large private swimming pool. Each villa accommodates up to six people, with an impressive outdoor entertaining area with its own barbecue. Indoors you can experience the added comfort of air conditioning throughout the house, and a large, cosy fireplace for the cooler months. Each of our luxury villas come with a fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool bath, washing machine facilities, and so much more. We boast an excellent coverage of Wi-Fi internet to help keep in contact with your loved ones, and will ensure you are the envy of all of your Facebook friends.

“A real home from home”

First time staying at Forest Villas and it won’t be the last. The villa is brilliantly situated to explore some of the most idyllic places on the island such as Fiskardo and Assos, Myrtos Beach and Melissani Lake. The villa itself is beautiful inside, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Every detail has been thought of and Vaso even cooked us a family meal! Peter brought inflatables for the kids to use too. We also hired a car through the owners which was much cheaper than doing it ourselves. We were met at the airport and it was hassle free. The local town Agia Effimia has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere with some fantastic restaurants and amenities. Honestly can’t fault this place and the owners are lovely people.
