From the owner

For all the nature lovers, there is a “Villa Amare”, right choice for you perfect holidays placed in the heart of botanical garden. The owners did their best to satisfy your need to be surrounded by nature. They built a house in the heart of olive groves, surrounded by lavender and rosemary.

The house consists of three levels:

On the ground floor there is a traditional Dalmatian cellar intended for socializing while enjoying local family products such as honey, olive oil, fruit brandies, jams ets. Next to the house there is a fireplace equipped with olive trees that are collected during maintenance of olive groves, and they give the food real Mediterranean flavor.

On the first floor there is the living room, kitchen, dining room and toilette. From the dining room you can enjoy terrace with breathtaking views of sea and islands and you can also use the pool which will enrich your experience.

When you want to go for a rest in the silence of the night, there are bedrooms on the second floor, one with a private bathroom and two with shared bathroom. Villa Amare is near the rustic village Kotišina (17th century), at a distance of about 120 meters and only 2.5 kilometers away from Makarska.

NOTE: This house have a breathtaking view but to get to see that view you have to cross a lot of stairs.

RATES FOR HOUSE FOR ONE NIGHT

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Tourist tax, air conditioning, bedding, towels, agents for cleaning, toiletries, parking and cleaning.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: There is no extra cost.

PAYMENT: To make a reservation it is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost. Both the sender’s bank fee and recepient’s nak fees shall be covered by the sender.

DEPOSIT: The guest is required, upon arrival, to deposit € 500 with the owner which will be returned in case the guest did no damage to accommodation.

REGISTRATION: Guest may enter the unit after 16:00,
