Come and unwind in our beautiful self contained beach home and enjoy the "susegad" laid back lifestyle of Majorda. The location is beautiful, with a lovely outlook and "high ceilings" to give you that typical Goan house vibe. While you are there, relax in the swimming pool within the boutique complex or take a 4-5 minute(brisk) or 7-10 minute(slow and leisurely) walk to the white sands of Majorda beach from where one can swim and engage in watersports (beach patrolled by lifeguards) or enjoy a relaxed walk to the neighboring beaches. We have also provided the basic amenities required and continue to add more facilities. The interiors are devoid of heavy furnishings to keep the place clutter free and more spacious as also safer for kids.

Our place is a 1 minute walk from the 5 star Majorda Beach Resort. Also the Kenilworth and the 5 star Park Hyatt and Alila Diwa resorts are not very far if you stroll down the beach. Beach shacks/restaurants serving Goan, Indian and continental fare are next to our home including the well reviewed Pentagon seafood restaurant which is just opposite, Also in the vicinity are the popular Martins Corner and Zeebop by the Sea.

Complimentary Housekeeping services and regular linen changes as necessary will be provided during your stay and maid for laundry services can be arranged on request at extra charge though you could also use the local village laundry.

Majorda is well connected to all major destinations in Goa and the Dabolim airport.

Amenities: Located a short flight of stairs up on the 2nd floor having 2 bedrooms with Living/dining area, 3 balconies, 2 WC, 1 undercover car park, swimming pool and a 24hr building security watchman for the gated complex,


Linen and towels will be provided. Cutlery, microwave/refrigerator/toaster/ electric induction top for light cooking in the kitchen, dining table and fans and A/C's in both bedrooms are provided for your comfort.

We can also assist with rental vehicle bookings, etc. for your convenience.

PS: Prices quoted are for 2 guests, a reasonable nominal surcharge applies for additional guests. Discounts available for longer stays.
