Tucked away amongst acres of rice and paddy fields leading directly onto the tranquil Majorda beach, this aptly named brand new luxurious apartment is located within a secure compound. The interior of this Wi-Fi enabled home has been carefully designed to cater to those who expect their time together at home to be just as special as their time spent enjoying the great outdoors.

Sea Breeze is beautifully presented. The expansive living room with its exquisite French windows comes with state of the art digital entertainment including an LCD Wide Screen TV, I-Pod docking station, Multi-Channel TV's (with the best of UK/European Entertainment including Sky) and Media Player, high powered cooling systems all of which you can enjoy while relaxing on the comfortable sofas or sipping a refreshing glass of wine enjoying breathtaking views.

The spacious and beautifully decorated master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom comes with a luxurious 5 star standard hotel queen size bed and a sleep enhancing mattress, draped with luxurious duvets and only the finest quality cotton linens. An ornate wooden cupboard stores extra linen, an ironing board and iron, hangers and extra pillows. Enjoy a film on the widescreen TV in the air conditioned bedroom and then fall asleep in total peace and quiet.

The second aesthetically furnished bedroom has 2 twin beds once again dressed in luxurious duvets and only the finest linen, side tables and a beautifully hand crafted wardrobe. The room which comes with its own a/c is bathed in soft hues to help enhance your sleeping experience.

The owners have even installed inverters to ensure an uninterrupted supply of electricity.

Sea Breeze is ideal for families, couples or a group of friends and comes with a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have specially installed rain showers and their own water heaters to give you a continuous supply of hot water, shower curtains, soft and luxurious towels and some thoughtful extras that will give you all the comforts of a 5 star hotel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need from a fridge & freezer, washer/dryer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, water purifier, cooking range/hot plate, fire extinguisher, first aid kit to crockery and china handpicked from the owners worldwide travels. If you do happen to rustle up a feast in the kitchen, enjoy the fruits of your labor on the custom made dining table while enjoying panoramic views as every room in this home, is a 'room with a view'.

Majorda beach is situated in the southern part of Goa and comprises of long lanes of palm trees with its fresh and clear water coming from the Arabian Sea. The peaceful village of Majorda is just 18 km from Dabolim International Airport, 4 km from Margao city and 5 km from bustling Colva Beach. Margao, which is the second largest city of Goa, is known for the Church of Holy Spirits. This church is famous for its row of houses and architectural work. Travellers can also visit the gardens and children's park located within the premises of the church.

During the monsoons, the maintenance team face a bit of a challenge to maintain the pool but post the monsoons, the pool is up and running and has been used and enjoyed by our guests. The AC is now also working perfectly. We used the opportunity to have all the AC's in the house serviced and now I dare say, they are working a bit too well! :) Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon. How do damage deposits work?

If Deidre (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
