With original low ceilings, double and twin zip-and-link bedroom which can be made up as a double or twin on request. On the ground floor, 1 four-poster double with en-suite shower and WC. First floor bathroom: with bath, hand held mixer shower and WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge: with inglenook fireplace, open fire (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Dining room: with patio doors leading into the garden. Kitchen: with range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Utility room: freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: lawn garden with small patio area and garden furniture, care must be taken with small children as the back garden is raised and there is a small drop. Amenities: parking for up to 3 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: shops 3 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival time: 3pm
