L 'Antico Giuncheto is a typical nineteenth-century Umbrian farmhouse, renovated in a simple but comfortable, in keeping with the original spirit, by owner, Fernando, who lives in one of the apartments. Guests are dedicated two other apartments of the house, about 90 square meters each. The property, about 20 hectares, is rich in forests and is crossed by a stream that feeds a pond. You can make beautiful nature walks to discover the fauna and flora. They are also available to guests an organic garden and a rich Anglo-Italian library. Away from traffic, but easily reachable from the nearest town of Magione (with all services), which is 4 km (two of which are unpaved road), Antico Giuncheto is located in the valley La Goga, a short distance lake Trasimeno (approx 8 km) and several renowned hill towns for cultural, gastronomic and sports. APARTMENT MARY. Located on the first floor, the apartment has a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley La Goga, a living room with fireplace, large bright kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom intercom. Guests are of course the garden with porches, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The apartment has four beds, but, on request, two additional beds can be added. It points out however that the bedrooms are connected and so the apartment is ideal for families with children. It 'also available a laundry room. Mary The apartment is completely independent. The garden is shared by all guests, but it is very wide and borders to the woods, the pond and a vegetable garden that are part of the property. The laundry room is shared between all guests. It recalls the obligation of payment of tax of 0.80 € per person per night, for up to 5 nights for more than 14 years old people.
