Infinity edge pool with high powered jacuzzi to relax and watch the ever changing sky.

Outdoor Sala with sound system, BBQ & gym.

Set on 500 square metres of land, with 4 king size bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and all with sea views, plus one independent studio with king bed, bathroom, kitchenette and air con. The villa can sleep 10 people. Additional guests can be accommodated in a double sofa bed and 2 bunkbeds enabling 14 guests in total.

Huge infinity-edge swimming pool 15 metres x 6 metres with power jacuzzi and simply amazing sea views.

Extremely well equipped gym.

Modern kitchen, dishwasher, barbecue, large Thai style Sala with dining table, lounge area, sound system and TV.

Very quiet and peaceful location being situated at the edge of a guarded residential community.

At the bottom of the hills is the main ring road around the island and the beaches of Maenam and Bang Por. Bang Por is famous for beach front sea food restaurants.

This is a self-catering villa; therefore, cleaning is not included. There is a large laundry room, fully equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and hanging area.Towels and bed linen are supplied.

A small ‘welcome pack’ of provisions including toilet rolls etc will be provided to start you off.

Had Marie-Christine taken time out to enjoy her wonderful holiday in this astonishingly beautiful villa with spectacular panoramic sea views, instead of searching out hard to reach areas at the back of kitchen cupboards that had little specks of dirt, I'm sure she would have appreciated Thailand for the amazing country that it is. I even sent a team of cleaners, but she still found little things that had some dust on after they had finished. Probably blown along from the lovely sea breeze. No-where can ever be 100% perfect, even 5* places, you can always find fault if you can be bothered to look hard enough. As regards humidity.... it's a tropical island, so yes it is humid when it rains. Marie-Christine avait pris le temps de profiter de ses merveilleuses vacances dans cette villa étonnamment belle avec des vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur la mer, au lieu de chercher des zones difficiles à atteindre à l'arrière des armoires de cuisine qui avaient des taches de saleté, je suis sûr qu'elle J'ai apprécié la Thaïlande pour le merveilleux pays qu'elle est. J'ai même envoyé une équipe de nettoyeurs, mais elle a quand même trouvé des petites choses qui avaient un peu de poussière une fois qu'elles avaient fini. Probablement soufflé le long de la belle brise de mer. Non-où peut jamais être parfait à 100%, même 5 * endroits, vous pouvez toujours trouver la faute si vous pouvez prendre la peine de regarder assez fort. En ce qui concerne l'humidité ... c'est une île tropicale, donc oui c'est humide quand il pleut.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
