The poolside sala provides al fresco dining for 14 guests and also houses an up-to-the-minute barbecue and bar fridge. During evening get-togethers music can be piped to the exterior surround-sound speakers. There are sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor sofas and chairs on the patio and in front of the pool.

The villa's main living room is a vast open plan room with a high vaulted timber ceiling, comfortable seating before the 50 inch home theatre screen, and a dining room with a large table able to accommodate 14 guests. There is an Apple TV, DVD player, satellite connection, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and an adjacent bathroom. The European style kitchen is fully equipped with western style appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, combi microwave and a 6 burner gas stove. There is also a Thai kitchen where meals can be prepared by the staff. Beyond the dining room is a covered outdoor lounge, overlooking the lawn and pool.

Each of the 7 master bedroom suites has a rich wood gallery ceiling, a ceiling fan, Italian ceramic floor tiles, LED lighting, a 40 inch or 50-inch Smart satellite TV with an amplifier, in-ceiling speakers, a DVD player, desk, small fridge, hairdryer, safe and a personal furnished patio. Five of the suites have king-size beds, and two have twin beds, which can be made into a single king-size bed if required. Each en suite bathroom has a double vanity, indoor and outdoor showers, and two of the bathroom suites have bathtubs. Six of the suites open onto personal patios with their own seating, and the master bedroom suite faces the sea. Directly in front of this suite is the private swimming pool, the pool deck, and the beach and ocean beyond.

The children's dormitory can sleep 6 children (up to 16 years) in 3 sets of full-size single bunk beds. This room also has Italian floor tiles, LED lighting, and in a next-door lounge, there is a 40 inch Smart TV and in-ceiling speakers, a DVD player, Wii, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom for this room has an indoor shower.

At the back of the property, a stairway leads to the first floor, which is shared with the adjacent villa. Here are found the multi-media room, the fully equipped gym, a sauna and a shower bathroom. On either side of this floor are massage salas with fantastic sea views. The fitness centre includes an upright bicycle, treadmill, cross trainer, multi-gym, free weights, an adjustable bench, Bosu ball, medicine balls, a mat, and a Reebok round roller.
