The Flower House is situated in the grounds of our home and located 5 minutes (by car and on the bus route) from Penzance Centre and on the edge of the moors that lead to the rugged North Coast which runs from Lands End to St Ives. Ideal for walkers and within easy reach of stunning beaches. This is an excellent choice for those who crave peace and tranquility with easy access to all the delights that West Penwith has to offer.

The accommodation is an open plan kitchen/living area with high ceilings and a contemporary wood burner, panelled bathroom with bath and shower over and one spacious bedroom with king size bed. Ultra stylish interior with pale grey/green paint work and white washed wooden floors with flashes of Scandinavian deep red on curtains and cushions. Outside enjoy fresh coffee on the decking in the morning sunshine!

House rules

Whist we are happy to allow a maximum of 2 dogs (over 1 year only) at the property, we trust that you respect the interior of the property and do not allow your dogs in the bedroom or on the furniture at any time. There is also an outside hose and towels available to clean your dogs if you've been on a country or beach walk. Many thanks for your cooperation.

Beautiful barn conversion with lovely relaxing interior. Hosts were very discreet but assuring they was there if we needed anything. Lovely location just outside of Penzance. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you very much

The Flower House was a beautiful place to stay whilst visiting Cornwall. Quiet and restful, the cottage was traditional with a modern furnish and tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our long weekend away. Thank you for your wonderful thoughts with wine, milk and flowers. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again :)

A stunning cottage decorated in tasteful, beautful decor. The building itself and surroundings are just stunning. There was a pint of milk and bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival. The cottage has absolutly everything you need for your stay. It really is home from home. It's very central for trips our to Mousehole, Sennen Cove, St Ives etc. The owners gave us a wonderful list before arrival of must sees and do's and this was extremely helpful. A highly recommended cottage, that couldn't be faulted. We'll definitely be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If CLAUDINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
