Enjoy an unforgettable day with them in the Retiro Park with the performances of street performers or riding in the pond boats. You can also reach ANDANDO at La Puerta del Sol and La Plaza Mayor, return down Gran Vía, Plaza de Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalá and you will have enjoyed all the tourist attractions on foot. You have everything you need to be comfortable (Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels). Gasset, Claudio Coello, Goya). The IBIZA METRO station is next door, you can get from the airport to the apartment and move around Madrid with comfort. The area is full of terraces, restaurants and tapas bars. The best shopping area is 12 minutes walk (C / Serrano, Ortega y Gasset, Claudio Coello). We have PARKING IN THE BUILDING if you come by car with a daily supplement of € 20. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
