Situated right in the Centre of Madrid, this gorgeous 3 bedrooms apartment is bright, modern and stylish, and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a very central location during their time in Madrid. Located on Calle Preciados, a long street that perfectly captures the style and atmosphere of Madrid. In Preciados Street you can find a lot of shops and must-see sights are within easy walking distance. The elegant Plaza Mayor is at less than 2 minutes walking, the famous Puerta del Sol is the doorstep, and the impressive Royal Palace is nearby. The recently refurbished Mercado de San Miguel - an elegantly glass-covered food market - is just around the corner and is the perfect place to pick up local delicacies. The area is known for its excellent restaurants and traditional taverns, and there is no better neighbourhood in the city in which to partake in the classic Madrileño pastime of enjoying some early evening drinks and tapas. There are a number of metro and bus stops within easy reach, and a nearby supermarket itself stocks everything guests may need during your stay. The apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standard, with a real emphasis on quality and style. There are two living rooms areas, both with large windows that look out onto the lively street below, and two classic French balconies that is perfect for sitting and enjoying breakfast or an after-dinner drink. Polished parquet flooring that makes a confortable and graceful space. Dining table for six, and elegant chaise longue in one of the living areas.The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room, separated by glass walls, is contemporary and new, and comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need. The entire living space has been designed with open plan living in mind, making it perfect for a group of friends or family. . The master bedroom is elegant, confortable and bright with a separated bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The others two bedrooms contain a double bed and twin beds, and both have use of the apartment´s second bathroom. Spacious, elegant, and with a great location this is a perfect location for anyone looking to spend some time in the vibrant and exciting center of Madrid.

The apartment is stunning and exactly how it appears in the pictures. The price is excellent value for money. We received a warm welcome from an employee and liaisons with managment were informative and timely. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Madrid.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid. We were able to walk to many attractions or use the convenient Metro stations nearby. Daniel (owner) was very friendly and accommodating!

We were taken aback by the beautiful decoration and furnishings of this spacious, light and airy apartment. The kitchen contained everything we needed, although we would have appreciated a coffee press rather than have to rely on the Nespresso machine. All the rooms were spotless. There was adequate hanging space in the bedrooms and plenty of shelves in the en suite bathroom. We suspect the owners are rather tall as some things (the mirror in the bathroom, the plates in the kitchen) were a little difficult to access. There is a lift, but wheelchair users may need help opening the street doors. It's hard to imagine a better location - halfway between Gran Via and the Plaza del Sol.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right in the centre of Madrid. A 2 minute walk to Sol plaza where all roads lead to a tourist attraction, eg Plaza Mayor, Prado museum, Royal Palace, all within walking distance. Located on a shopping mall so supermarket very handy for self catering supplies; may be noisy for some but for us that was an attraction and we had daily serenades of buskers below the window. The apartment is beautifully furnished with lots of light and space, white furnishings, white carpet, fittings all modern and new, probably not advisable for children however. Free Wi-Fi. Daniel was a lovely host and could not have been more helpful, particularly when we had a temporary air conditioning issue, he always responded promptly to emails and was very professional. We took up the option of the taxi arranged by Daniel and this was well worth it. This is an old apartment which has been fully renovated so there will always be issues with windows and doors not closing fully etc, to be expected with old buildings but would highly recommend a stay here.

How do damage deposits work?
