Our Apartment at Tirso de Molina 14 is located in the old Plaza de Tirso de Molina , currently the Flower Market in Madrid. It is 5 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol , 200 meters from the Plaza Mayor and the birth of the popular Rastro market . It's a busy place as it makes a link between traditional neighborhoods of Madrid Lavapies, La Latina and Center.
The apartment stands out for its modern and functional , and will welcome you when you want to rest comfortably after discovering the "Movida Madrileña" . It has exceptional views of the Plaza de Tirso de Molina , as you can see from the photographs , where you will see the life of Madrid before your eyes. Clothes Shops , restaurants , bars , Flower Market and the Metro at your feet give the environment a vibrant movement where many cultures converge . Very well connected with the old area of Madrid de Los Austrias , transport not need to know the most popular attractions of the Old Town .
The building where the apartment is old building ( 1900 ) , being completely renovated in 1995 . It was erected in the time when the Plaza is the Plaza del Progreso called , with a traditional cafe PROGRESS (now part of the Café Taberna Tirso de Molina ) , a statue ( which today is the Tirso de Molina ) and a cinema (now part NEW APOLLO Theatre ) The building, called Old tenement house , said since its construction by having a completely open facade of the Plaza and apartments provide exceptional views of a landmark and historic Madrid.
The apartment , located right on the facet of the building consists of a balcony overlooking the Plaza de Tirso de Molina and two more to the Collegiate Church Street where you can see the dome of the Cathedral of the Almudena .
The exceptional views and experience of the immediate environment are the core values that will make you permanently remember your stay in our apartment in Madrid.

Quisiera puntualizar un par de datos en esta valoración. En primer lugar, les ofrecí enviar un técnico para revisar el agua caliente esa misma noche, pero me dijeron que no me preocupara, que todo estaba bien y que calentaban el agua sin problema. Entonces les dije que iría al día siguiente pero me dijeron que no les venía bien quedarse en casa y que no me preocupara. Casualmente, cuando pidieron alguna compensación económica y yo se la negué es cuando comenzaron sus problemas. Por nuestra parte, tampoco recomendamos este tipo de huéspedes. Un saludo.

We can not do much about urban noise, but keeping windows closed and lowered the blinds, it shows a little less. How do damage deposits work?

If María del Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
