Located in the financial area of Madrid, this beautiful and fully equipped apartment is surrounded by skyscrapers and modern buildings. It's location on the 8 th floor of a renovated building with elevator makes it the perfect choice for who want to enjoy tranquillity and relax, however all amenities around and museums,tourist areas are just 15 minutes by metro. And 30m2 terrace with nice day-night view to enjoy your stay in Madrid. The apartment is ready for up to 8 persons – two bedrooms with a double bed, a double sofa-bed, two single puff-bed and one baby cot, all of them with a hight quality to allow you a good sleep.The flat is very spacious having 100 square meters + 30 square meters terrace. It is situated in a modern building with 24 hour security system and elevator. The apartment is a duplex penthouse in which we find the living room, two bedrooms, the kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor.At the entrance of the apartment you will find the main living room, from which the upper floor can be reached by means of spiral stairs. Upstairs, there is a living area equipped with a double sofa bed and large windows with long, white curtains that reach to the floor, perfect to relax and creating a very pleasant atmosphere combining modern with rustic elements, such as the the wooden desktop with the antique chair. A double sofa bed Grassoler high end brand allows you sleep with the comfort of a bed, in a room that gives independence and in a fair environment overlooking. When the dream ends, the space becomes a living room ready to enjoy for everyone. In order to create an independent area from downstairs, you have a bathroom, an extendable dining table and a refrigerator to enjoy your cold drinks at the terrace on 30 square meters. If you feel like, a fireplace is ready for winters time.The lower floor is very spacious as well. Here you will find the main living room with a fantastic white sofa with four seats (and 2 additional puff) – perfect to watch the television (Smart TV) or simply to relax after a long day. The living room is also equipped with a cupboard with integrated drawers and a very agreeable parquet floor. Also you have a wonderful white sofa table that can be elevated and extended easily, to find out a very nice dinner table, ready for 6 persons( and an additonal extendable table for 8 persons) .The kitchen can be reached through a breakfast bar that serves as a very comfortable dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that is necessary – oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc. Two bedrooms are situated on the lower floor. Both rooms are exterior and with double bed. One of then are equipped with a desk and chair in case any work has to be done during your stay! The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and a sink. Upstairs there is an additional bathroom as well. Your stay will be made very comfortable during hot summer days as well as cold winter nights by the independent heating system, the individual air conditioning machines and the very well insulated windows on the upper as well as lower floors.Looking multifunctionality of spaces and furniture, minimalist décor is to hide equipment (folding bed base, wardrobes, ...), optimizing spaces for the enjoyment of people. Garden and all amenities close (supermarket, shopping malls, restaurants, sports areas,..). Getting around

If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, the general cost is between 25 – 35 euros and it will take around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Just ask the driver to take you to the address above. You can choose subway to Nuevos Ministerios and then takes Line 10 to Cuzco, and then you are 200 meters the apartment (30 minutes).

“nice place to live”

Antonio, the owner of the appartment, is very friendly and helpful. It is easy and flexible to check in and check out. The appartment is a really nice place to live for holiday or conference. It is very clean, spacious. There is a lovely and spacious terrac, i love it. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that is necessary, my friend cooked for me. we had a wonderful time there.

Piso muy bien situado, cerca de todo y bien comunicado. Muy tranquilo y muy completo tanto en decoración como en menaje del hogar. El trato del propietario ha sido excelente. Plaza de garaje muy amplia. La terraza es muy agradable así como el salón de arriba. Volveré sin duda!!!

We stayed there for the month of February and it met all our expectations. The flat is well furnished and very close to public transport. The Castellana and Bernabeu Stadium are only a few minutes walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The Retiro park, the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums are a short bus ride from the flat. We also took advantage of the flat's underground parking space, which was very useful. Antonio was the perfect host, and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody. It will be top of our list for accommodation when we return to Madrid.

How do damage deposits work?
