A duplex penthouse ready for 8 persons with three bedrooms. One with a double bed, second one with single bed and a third bedroom-living room at the upper floor. The flat is very spacious having 100 square meters + 30 square meters terrace.

It is situated in a modern building with 24 hours security system and 2 elevators.

At the main floor you will find the living room, from which the upper floor can be reached by means of spiral stairs. We also find two bedrooms (One of then are equipped with a desk and chair in case any work has to be done during your stay), the kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high end home appliances. The bar and its four moddern stools allow a casual breakfast or lunch while you can optionally watch your favorite show on a Smart TV. If you prefer something more formal, you have a sofa table, elevable and extensible suitable for up to 8 people that when we finish stop occupying space. The living room has a comfortable high-end sofa bed.

The upper floor designed to have maximum independence in a multifunctional room, overlooking the terrace. It has a bathroom, living room-bedroom and terrace. It has a single puff bed, and a high-end double sofa bed.

The multifunctionality of spaces and furniture, seeks together with a minimalist decoration, hide the belongings (folding canaps, fitted wardrobes, …), leaving the maximum space available for the enjoyment of people.

Garden and all amenities close (24h supermarket, shopping malls, restaurants, sports areas,..).

Available for special events ( advertising…) with limited capacity. Ask for prices if you are interested.

During weekends (Fridays, Saturdays) you can reserve two days minimum (including bank holidays). Except you are planing a special event in the apartment in that case you can book for one day only with special prices.

Smoking is not allowed. Pets welcome according to agreement, ask before booking ( 9 € /night)

Getting around

If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, the general cost is between 25 – 35 euros and it will take around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Just ask the driver to take you to the address above. You can choose subway to Nuevos Ministerios and then takes Line 10 to Cuzco, and then you are 200 meters the apartment (30 minutes).

House rules

An extra fee of 70€ will be incurred if the apartment is left in an unreasonable state with garbage or trash in its interior. Arrival later than 21h have a extra fee of 30 €.
Pets could be allowed under previous agreement and with an extra fee.

This apartment is free of smoking but It is allowed only at the terrace.

Only the persons set at booking can access to the apartment. Guests must respect neighbourhood specially in all related to noises, considering that 10 pm to 9 am is resting time.

Owner's reply: Ms Pretti booked the apartment for 6 persons, and finally she arrived (without any information in advance) with a group of 9 guest (more than maximum allow at the apartment : 8 guest). She wanted to be BY FREE with these 3 additional guests. We explained her that as she knows we have modular prices with an extra fee for additonal guests (published at our rates). However we decided to offer a special deal : total fee of 50 € for 3 nights for 3 additional guest and give her a travel cot and 2 Puff Bed included . This is 5,55 €/night per person. She request extra sheets for all the beds for an stay of 3 nights. However we give her an extra sheets by FREE. In order to be transparent we provide apartment information with pics and MAP with real space meters. After this experience I see how much thankless person Ms Pretti is. It is important tripadvisor owners know that. I recommend tripadvisor family to read all the reviews to get a real feedback of the apartment and services we provide. Kind regards. Antonio y Javier

How do damage deposits work?

If Antonio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
