This charming one bedroom apartment is very well located between the famous districts of Malasaña and Chueca. The important street Fuencarral, very well know by its numerous modern shops and local bars, divides this two districts and goes directly into Gran Vía, one of the most walked streets of the city with more shops, restaurants and where all the big theater are taking place with the latest musicals and plays.

The apartment consists of a main bedroom with a queen sized double bed (1,50 x 2,00m), a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area includes a open dining area and a lounge with a three seats sofa with chaise, and a comfortable bathroom with enclosure shower.

Just minutes away from all the interesting tourist attractions. Malasaña street itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as plenty of shops and places of historical interest.

On arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 2/7 after the end of the stay. Check In: When you arrive to the apartment, a FSH team member will provide you with all of the relevant infomation about the property and its surrounding area. You will be asked to sign the rental contract and entry form, show your passport and your credit card and pay the security deposit. You will then be handed the keys to your new apartment in Madrid!

We ask all of our clients to follow our apartment checkin Policy:

Checkin hours are between 3:00pm and 9:00pm. If you would like to checkin before 3:00pm we will do our utmost to acomódate yo. If an earlier Checkin is not posible, you are more than welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment, go out and begin exploring Madrid and return to the aprtment as of 3:00pm. If you would like to Checkin after 9:00pm and additional fee of 30€ will be charged until 11:00pm and Sundays; and any Checkins later that time will be charged 50€.

Maid service: Nobody likes to clean on holiday! Basic maid service: We can provide a 1 hour cleaning (bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms - does not includes change of bed linen and towels).

Welcome pack: Wake up to a breakfast on your first morning in Madrid. No searching for a supermarket when you arrive! We can arrange a welcome pack with some food basics to be delivered on your arrival (includes olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, ½ dozen eggs, pasta, tomato, rice, bread mold, 4 pieces of fruit, juice, biscuits, water, milk, instant coffee, tea). Price from 45 euros.

Airport transfer: Between 45€ and 60€.

Madrid

Malasaña is an area of Madrid famous for its trendy alternative scene. Centred around Plaza Dos de Mayo, it is reminiscent of Camden Town in London, the East Village in New York City, or Bairro Alto in Lisbon, although the layout is quite different and the emphasis is less on shops and more on bars.
Malasaña is to the west of Chueca and to the east of Argüelles. It was the center of the movida movement in late 1970s and 1980s Madrid.

Malasaña is a vibrant neighborhood full of lively bars and clubs overflowing with young people. Its streets are currently being renovated, making it a much more attractive quarter (the streetworks are almost finished). It's one of the classic areas for partying the night away.

The area's center is the Plaza del Dos de Mayo (in commemoration of a popular uprising on May 2, 1808, brutally repressed by the French troops and which started the Spanish Independence War). Although popularly known as barrio Malasaña, it is known by residents as Maravillas (Wonders), although its official name is Universidad (University). Malasaña is named after a 15-year old girl Manuela Malasaña who once lived on San Andrés street. She was executed by the French following the uprising in 1808. Today there is a street named in her honour very close to the roundabout Glorieta de Bilbao.
