Located in the very center of Madrid, in the most lively and vibrant city. Surrounded by the main monuments, museums and tourist attractions, where you can walk a short distance move and enjoying the lively and unique streets of the capital. In the heart of the area known TriBall both leisure, art, restaurants and enjoyment being generated in the center of Madrid. Plenty of tapas bar and restaurants around in the area.

The apartment consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all separate rooms. It has a nice balcony, traditional architecture of the area's oldest Madrid. The powerful Air Cond. can isolate yourself from the summer heat of Madrid. FREE WIFI usage. It is a second floor not lift.
Towels and linen included in the service.

Just below the apartment there is a supermarket, although there are several grocery stores in the area.

Just 3 minutes walk you are in continuous Alcala street Gran Via and Plaza de Callao, where you will see the most emblematic historic buildings of the city in five minutes Spain Square and Puerta del Sol where the km 0 of our road network The Bear and Arbutus representing the city of Madrid and where each year we welcome the new year with the ringing of the twelve bells.
If you want to know is the most traditional area of the city just 10 minutes walking you have the Plaza Mayor with a stop in the Mercado de San Miguel, 15 min Palace and Royal Theatre next to the Opera Square and Square the Barefoot. In this visit you can take advantage of Sunday and visit the neighborhood of Lavapies and La Latina, which displays the oldest street market TRAIL city.
Next to the Prado and Reina Sofia with Neptune square.
Just 10 minutes you will be in Plaza Cibeles, the City Palace and Central Bank of Spain, where you can see the Puerta de Alcala.
The Huertas and Plaza de San Ana walking reach only 15 minutes from the hotel a popular penhouse of Plaza Santa Ana have a nice view of the domes and ancient roofed old Madrid.
Forget the use of any means of transport and enjoy all the activities of this neighborhood full of terraces, tapas bars, nightlife spots unique, most alternative restaurants.

In the same block where the apartment is located have supermarkets, delis small and just 5 minutes you can visit the popular market of San Antonio where you can buy your products fresher then move to the terrace on the roof and have an overview of while taking a comforting neighborhood.

It has excellent public transport links. There are metro and bus stations within walking distance, allowing you to explore the rest of the city with ease.

Easy and fast public transport access to the airport and the main train Station Atocha, it is very connvinient for your regional tourist visits to Toledo, Segovia, Alcala Henares or maybe Cuenca.

I have got two twin apartments, this is one of them, the other is situated in same building, same floor and the door is the next to this one. Same metres, similar distribution, services and decoration, both of them are beautiful apartments. You could be allocated to any of them depending of availability.

“Superb Location”

Great place to stay. Well equipped apartment right in the middle of the city. Many of the major attractions are in walking distance. One Caveat - This is a very lively area and there is quite a lot of noise on the streets until 4 a.m. When we go back we will take earplugs.

“The perfect Madrid accommodation - perfect in every way”

From the first communication to our personal meeting with Pepa, the owner, on our day of departure, it was an absolute joy. We had complete peace of mind. The accommodation is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and ideally located which made our visit to Madrid extremely memorable. Irrespective of which direction one wanted to take, it was always in easy walking access from the apartment. There is a supermarket about 75m from the apartment for absolute convenience for our basic requirements during our week long stay. There are also some wonderful restaurants and typical Spanish bars which all serve wonderful tapas. The wireless internet access was an added bonus and was fast and effective. Pepa, thank you so much for a fantastic stay. We will book to stay again when next we visit Madrid. It is a real pleasure to recommend your apartment to anyone who plans to visit the beautiful city of Madrid.

“Fantastic location, great price”

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May. The area is absolutely fantastic. You're right between two lively neighbourhoods where you get a feel for the 'real' Madrid. And the touristy things are only a 10 minute walk away. Go up the street two minutes and you're in a lovely square where you can while the entire day away (as we did quite a few times). The flat itself was very nice. The only complaints we had were about the bed. It's only a double and my 6'3" husband spent the whole week with the mattress cutting into his ankles. Also, there were only two pillows and the mattress could use a topper on it to make it a bit softer. But, for us, they were minor quibbles. The kitchen was small, but totally usable and well-stocked. The shower had nice water pressure. And there's a small balcony for watching the world go by. And in the TV setup menu you can change the language to English if it was originally English. My Spanish isn't that great ;) So, five star because the location was brilliant and for the price we got over the bed.
