Located in the very center of Madrid, in the most lively and vibrant city. Surrounded by the main monuments, museums and tourist attractions, where you can walk a short distance move and enjoying the lively and unique streets of the capital. In the heart of the area known TriBall both leisure, art, restaurants and enjoyment being generated in the center of Madrid. Plenty of tapas bar and restaurants around in the area.

The apartment consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all separate rooms. It has a nice balcony, traditional architecture of the area's oldest Madrid. The powerful Air Cond. can isolate yourself from the summer heat of Madrid. FREE WIFI usage. It is a second floor not lift.

Towels and linen included in the service.

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare breakfast and simple meals. There is tea, tea and sugar, for free use. There is a italian coffee container and a hairdryer. The room has a double bed 135x200 cm.

Just below the apartment there is a supermarket, although there are several grocery stores in the area.

Just 3 minutes walk you are in continuous Alcala street Gran Via and Plaza de Callao, where you will see the most emblematic historic buildings of the city in five minutes Spain Square and Puerta del Sol where the km 0 of our road network The Bear and Arbutus representing the city of Madrid and where each year we welcome the new year with the ringing of the twelve bells.

If you want to know is the most traditional area of the city just 10 minutes walking you have the Plaza Mayor with a stop in the Mercado de San Miguel, 15 min Palace and Royal Theatre next to the Opera Square and Square the Barefoot. In this visit you can take advantage of Sunday and visit the neighborhood of Lavapies and La Latina, which displays the oldest street market TRAIL city.

Next to the Prado and Reina Sofia with Neptune square.

Just 10 minutes you will be in Plaza Cibeles, the City Palace and Central Bank of Spain, where you can see the Puerta de Alcala.

The Huertas and Plaza de San Ana walking reach only 15 minutes from the hotel a popular terraza of Plaza Santa Ana have a nice view of the domes and ancient roofed old Madrid.

Forget the use of any means of transport and enjoy all the activities of this neighborhood full of terraces, tapas bars, nightlife spots unique, most alternative restaurants.

On your journeys you can browse shops with the latest modern trends. At night, the activity continues with many theaters around several live music venues and alternative theater and endless cocktails bars to have suggestive or maintain long conversations in front of a good coffee or tea.

It's in the zone of action of the new current Triball detonated by the group. Immersed in an area of environment, restaurants, bars, theaters and other attractions that will make your holiday a fun and interesting day.

In the same block where the apartment is located have supermarkets, delis small and just 5 minutes you can visit the popular market of San Antonio where you can buy your products fresher then move to the terrace on the roof and have an overview of while taking a comforting neighborhood.

It has excellent public transport links. There are metro and bus stations within walking distance, allowing you to explore the rest of the city with ease.

Easy and fast public transport access to the airport and the main train Station Atocha, it is very convenient for your regional tourist visits to Toledo, Segovia, Alcala Henares or maybe Cuenca.

I have got two twin apartments, this is one of them, the other is situated in same building, same floor and the door is the next door to this one. Same metres, similar distribution, services and decoration, both of them are beautiful apartments. You could be allocated to any of them depending of availability.

Dear client, the renovation of the building is going under the official supervision of the Architect Official School of Madrid Council, covering all the indications they consider appropriate, the security of the building is out question here. Certainly during just one of the days during your stay several concrete sacs already stored in the basement during works of previous weeks, were put outside a public container in the street so it could be removed during that same day. Sure that with the WINDOW OPEN quiet dust might have being inside the apartment during that specified day. I have already send you my apologies in previous conversation and pay you back the amount of money for the stay of several days trying to compensate you fot that punctual situation. All my best, Pepa
