Welcome to paradise!! This lovely maintained 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor with long views of Madeira Beach. The den in this unit is equipped with an additional bed making it nice and comfortable for all. Fully stocked and updated kitchen, updated bathrooms with walk-in shower in the master bath, furnished and screened in balcony off of master bedroom and living area, full size washer and dryer in unit, heated pool on grounds and so much more! Villa Madeira has a great location that is approximately 1 mile from John’s Pass and near shopping, restaurants and other beach activities. Come and visit today! PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of a designated outside smoking area.

The description on the site was incorrect, there are only 2 rooms not 3. Room one had a king bed, room 2 had a queen and a twin bed however what they said a third room is not a room, it is the laundr… More

Thanks for your feedback. Every condo at the Villa Madeira property is a 2 bedroom plus a den, 2 bath. Some of the owners have put additional bedding in that den area as to accommodate with extra sleeping space. The size of each bed is listed on all of our descriptions so the beds to accommodate in there is available for you to see. We are sorry if the bedding did not fit for your group. The kitchen faucet did have a problem and we changed that out so we are sorry for any troubles you had with that but it was corrected. Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
