From the owner

Casa Jactino is a pretty country villa situated between Macher and La Asomada. The villa offers a private secluded location with sea and mountain views. Just five minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. The villa offers a quite peaceful stay without being remote.

The property is constantly maintained and finished to a high standard. The interior is spacious and attractively furnished.

There are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two singles. There being adequate room in the second bedroom for additional beds. There is an en-suite shower room and family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully fitted including a full oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. The lounge offers satellite television, DVD & CD player.

The south facing stone walled patio area surrounds a 7x4 metre solar heated pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue provided.

Perfect for long stays as the villa is extremely comfortable with many English television channels including Sky Sports and Sky Movies.

Good Wi-Fi connection available.

A large supermarket, bar and restaurants are situated nearby. Car hire recommended but not essential due to the very good local bus service.

How do damage deposits work?

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
