From the owner

The Chalet is situated on Tingdene Mablethorpe Chalet Park, a quiet popular site which has The Cedar restaurant and Bar, Arcade and Launderette area all under one roof and General store next door. Children's play area to the front of The Cedars. It is a short walk to the beach and Mablethorpe Town is within walking distance. Alternatively you can catch the Land train at the end of Links Avenue which does regular trips into town. The Sand train also does trips down on the beach. There is a Cinema close by and also The Seal Sanctuary and Ferry Boat Inn.

Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside town with Donkeys on the beach, Arcades, Children's soft play, bowling and lot's of places to eat and drink.

The Chalet has been fully insulated and renovated for 2018 and has a fully equipped Kitchen area, electric wall heaters in the bedrooms and the Bathroom and a Fireplace in the Lounge.

Electric is by one pound coin meter.

The extra double bed for the Lounge is a comfort double height electrically inflating/deflating airbed. (Takes minutes to inflate)

Chalet is to be left clean and tidy as found with pots to be washed dried and put away and with the Chalet secure.

We were taken aback how clean it was. Looks so much better than in photos. I would recommend to anyone and will go back again. The only comment I would prefer blackout blinds in both bedrooms and DVD… More

Why can't I call Caron (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caron (the owner) a message.

If Caron (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
