Maggie's Chalets are on a quiet and friendly site, only a couple of minutes walk to the on-site facilities which includes a children's play park area. The site shop, arcade, Cedar Bar and Resturant/Entertainment room are all in one complex.

Both chalets are on the same block almost opposite one another .

New for 2017 season- wood decking veranda including rattan folding table and chairs.

Mablethorpe Chalet park is an easy stroll to the award winning Mablethorpe beach and approximately a 10 minute gentle walk to Mablethorpe town which features many holiday attractions, places to eat, and shopping area. Alternately there is the land train which runs regularly past the entrance of the park which will take you to the seafront for a small charge. All this adds up to the ideal holiday home for your break away in Mablethorpe.

House rules

Maximum of two small dogs permitted to stay in our chalet but only by prior permission.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst out walking on the park and please clean up after you dog.
Please do not leave your dog alone in the chalet.
Barbecues (Charcoal gas and electric) are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstance.

“Excellent stay, lovely homely chalet”

Me, my partner and 2 dogs stayed here for four nights. The chalet is excellently presented. Very clean, very modern. Location is fab. Maggie was very welcoming and even left us some homemade cupcakes with tea and coffee upon arrival. We will 100% be back in the future.

Had a lovely holiday at Maggie's chalet. The site was clean and surprisingly quiet, the chalet was compact but served it's purpose. A short walk to the beach which was very clean, we were on the beach 2-3 times a day had a great time.

Really can't speak highly enough of the Chalet or the owner. The chalet is so lovely And nicely decorated with everything you need for a getaway already there. It really is a little home away from home. Maggie the owner is lovely and so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The little touches of tea, coffee, milk and treats for us all when we arrived really just topped off a fantastic short break. We would highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back next year!

we needed to get away ..low budget and so tied of the everyday fast track of the up and coming Christmas cheers and activities...found this little gem in Mablethorpe.This time of year i thought everything would be shut...wrong it was quiet,relaxing.everything we needed and more was still available to enjoy! £5.99 for a full Sunday lunch ....only this was all day or evening any day all year. The fish n chips tasted amazing sat all wrapped up watching out on the quiet beach..and the winter sea.then a evening on the two pence machines with carols sounding in the background..we also got extra funny stocking fillers from the walk around markets .all this ...then back to our cosy warm shower and a warm heated blanket on a ..very very very warm well made up bed.every comfort you would have wanted for a romantic a family fun filled holiday...did i mention maggie!!!!!! my grandchildren was greeted with a chocolate treat and a drink ...and the chalet and beds was warmed ready for our arrival.... maggie is the owner...and you leave having made a friend..would we go again ...Yes as soon as possible after Christmas.. THANK YOU MAGGIE..Gina xxxxx

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maggie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
